Goods will be delivered by regular delivery rounds unless otherwise arranged. We usually deliver at a regular time but we reserve the right to vary this. We will make reasonable efforts to adhere to any special delivery arrangements you may make but we are unable to guarantee to do so. We always try to deliver as agreed but reserve the right to make changes as events can happen that may be beyond our control. Should you need to cancel an order or part order, please do so 48 hours before delivery otherwise we may be unable to do so if your order has been already processed. We only deliver within the designated area shown on our website and reserve the right to decline any orders where deliver could cause us problems.

Due to the nature of our products, goods are subject to change from seasonal variation. We believe all our products are of excellent quality but should you experience any problems then please contact us immediately. All goods remain the property of Hallwood Fresh Veg until paid for in full. Prices are as advertised on our website or as quoted at acceptance of your order. Goods not paid at, or prior to delivery, are strictly payable at 21 days.
